Feast your eyes on this excellent photoshoot - along with an excellent audio commentary about the shoot – of some of Obama’s “people.” Shot by legendary photographer Nadav Kander, these 52 portraits have a surreal-like vibe to them, bordering on hand-painted portraits. Although this shoot is from earlier this year, the shots are timeless and really capture a slice of each personality. Be sure to listen to the audio commentary as you scroll through the images, it really sets up the project nicely. There is also a ‘Back Story’ gallery which I highly recommend viewing as well.
